In an effort to continue DOE’s “Women in Energy” project here at Berkeley Lab, our Women Scientists and Engineers Council (WSEC) and the Diversity and Inclusion Office hosted four Women @ The Lab events between 2013 - 2020.
The Women @ The Lab website has the profiles of each of our honorees. They shared what inspired them to work in the Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) fields and what excites them about their work at Berkeley Lab. They also shared their thoughts and ideas on how to engage more underrepresented groups in STEM fields. We hope that their stories inspire more women to think about education and careers in STEM.
